Our cleaning service will have your dress professionally cleaned, steamed, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and beautifully boxed for preservation.

We professionally clean our MWL wedding dresses, veils, and accessories. Like any other garment cleaning business, we cannot guarantee every mark will come out as it depends on the type of stain and how long it’s been there. Please bear in mind that there is a fine line between removing the marks and ruining the material, so we will give your dress the complete care it deserves.

We include small fixes and alterations like replacing buttons for free. For bigger repairs, please select our extra care package. If an extra care package is not added to your order, we will only carry out the repairs included in the initial fee.

Each dress and accessory must be added to your order separately. Any dresses or accessories sent to us without an accompanying cleaning service order will be returned uncleaned. We encourage you to send your dress as early as possible after wearing it, giving us the best chance to revive it to pristine condition.
